A beautiful team hike at Knox Mountain!

Some of our team members took it upon themselves to hike up beautiful Knox Mountain in Kelowna, B.C. Knox Mountain has an amazing look out view of the Okanagan Valley. This mountain is one of Kelowna’s largest Natural Area Park located in North downtown Kelowna. 9 team members challenged themselves on one of the hottest days of the season so far (36 degrees), to hike up the mountain!

The trail offers a swimming area at the end of the trail called Paul’s Tomb for hikers to swim at the end of their long exhausting hike. Each team member joins a fitness challenge to help improve their overall health and fitness goals. The men who joined the hike enjoyed their time outdoors and had a blast while hiking in the heat with a nice swim afterwards!
