At WTFast, we take pride in our health and wellness as a team and as an individual. We have participated in daily health challenges for weeks to help achieve our fitness goals throughout the years. Each challenge we do as a team can be for beginners or advanced team members on our team. Many team members have different diets that range from Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, etc.; depending on your diet, you can adjust your nutrition intake while still following the program guide.
This fitness challenge has been amazing for our teammates worldwide who love to set goals for themselves and create a healthier self. By creating fitness goals as an individual and working as a team to help achieve those goals, we're bonding and creating a better work zone with one another. We accomplish different daily, weekly and monthly challenges and goals. We challenge ourselves and encourage teammates to achieve any fitness goal they have, whether completing 10,000+ steps a day, hiking a mountain, biking, anything!
