Razer partners with Singtel for the new WTFast enabled Sila Gaming Router and Service Bundle

Announced today, Singtel will be launching their latest broadband service, 1+1 Gbps Fibre Pro Gamer Bundle. Targeted towards online gamers, the “ultrafast” service bundle comes with the recently released Razer Sila Gaming router that costs a whopping $410 and a 1-year WTFast subscription sure that online gamers don’t have any loose ends when it comes to competitive play.

Priced at S$69.90 per month on a 24-month contract, the 1+1 Gbps Fibre Pro Gamer Bundle is available to Singtel’s new and re-contracting customers. This broadband service features a dual network that comprises a 1Gbps dedicated bandwidth for gaming and another 1Gbps bandwidth for regular Internet usage.

Singtel customers will be the first in Asia to get the Razer Sila, a high-performance router designed and optimized for gaming that allows gamers to access multiple data channels to ensure reliable and lag-free performance. The broadband bundle will also give customers access to WTFast Gamer Private Network service, which lowers latency and improves the gaming experience by automatically selecting an optimized connection to gaming servers.

The bundle is set to launch on the first day of Singtel’s inaugural PVP Esports Championship in Suntec City, Singapore. The event will boast a three-day skirmish between top teams from Australia, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand competing for the lion’s share in US$300,000 Prize Pool. The event is targeted towards building a solid base for games with the biggest audience in SEA; Dota 2 and Arena of Valor. This is also a great move towards targeting the player base on both PC and Mobile Gaming, with Dota 2 being one of the most played MOBA games on PC while the latter holding the same title on Mobile.
